​I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Wear Your Opinion (WYO).
​While placing my order, it was explicitly promised to be a doorstep delivery. Instead, the entire fulfillment process through their courier partner, DTDC, has been an absolute nightmare:
​Payment Chaos: The delivery agent refused standard digital payment methods (UPI) and unreasonably demanded a cheque for the pending amount.
​Refusal of Doorstep Delivery: When I requested to pay via UPI, the delivery agent threatened to return the product without my consent and insisted that I travel to the DTDC branch to collect the parcel myself.
​Complete Lack of Ownership: When I reached out to WYO support, they simply passed the buck and asked me to deal with DTDC directly. Even the contact provided was completely indifferent and unhelpful.
​As a customer, my responsibility is to pay for the product; it is the merchant's job to ensure it is actually delivered to my doorstep. Expecting customers to chase down logistics providers and travel to courier offices defeats the entire purpose of online shopping.
​I would strongly advise caution before ordering from here until WYO takes accountability for their service providers and fixes their customer support.
