Click “Proceed to Checkout”
4. Log in or continue
Sign in to your WYO account
or continue as a new user and create one.
5. Complete your order
Add your shipping details, choose your payment method,
and click “Complete Order.”

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email with your order details and order ID your official “it’s happening!” moment ✨
Shipping update
As soon as your order is on its way,

💵 Can I place an order on Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, you can choose Cash on Delivery while placing your order 🙂
A small additional charge of ₹40 applies to COD orders.
🔒 Is it safe to pay online using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?
Yes, it’s completely safe 🙂

Step 1: Check your bank account
If your payment failed but the amount was deducted,
it’s typically automatically refunded by your bank within 10 business days.

If the amount doesn’t reflect back,

💵 Why am I not seeing the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
If COD isn’t showing at checkout, it simply means it’s not available for your postal code right now 🙂

You can still complete your order using:

Or, if possible, you can try placing the order
using an alternate address where COD is available.

We’ll raise a request and help you with it as quickly as possible.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel it easily
If it has already been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible
For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method
✏️ How do I modify my order?
Since we start processing orders quickly, modifications depend on the order status at that time.

📦 What if my delivery fails or my address has an issue?
Sometimes, orders may not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if our courier partner is unable to reach you 🙂
💛 What happens in such cases?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their standard process
If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us
Once we receive it back, we will reship it within 2 business days (for prepaid orders)
A new tracking number will be shared with you via email
💛 What if I need a different size or fit?

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for size or fitting issues.
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@wyo.in
with your order details.

Pickup or self-ship
We arrange a free doorstep pickup wherever serviceable.
If your pincode isn’t covered, you can self-ship the product to us.
Once we receive it
As soon as your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check,
we’ll ship your replacement at no extra cost 🚚
📦 What are the exchange eligibility rules?
Your exchange request will be accepted if:
✅ Basic conditions
Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
It’s the first exchange for that order
✅ Product condition
Item is unused & unwashed
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Product is not worn, damaged, or soiled

The invoice cannot be removed

Tags and invoice are required in case the recipient needs to exchange or report an issue.
🌍 Do you deliver outside India?
Yes, we do ship internationally for prepaid orders only ✈️
